My research emphasis is in learning to dialogue well – listening, and talking openly, candidly and honestly. I welcome and encourage ideas and the sharing of experiences you have had with color-blindness, modern racism, and your own racial socialization. I am particularly interested in the unique and telling variances in our worldview based upon our generation status (silent/great, baby boomer, gen X, millennial and post millennial).
